What is exactly Full Time and Part Time Hiring?
With full time hiring, you hire your extended employee who can be managed directly by you or our project manager. Here are more details:
* Full Time works is 5 Days in a week and delivers a minimum of 40 hours of production every week. And Part Time work is 4 hours a day or 20 hours per week.
* You communicate with your employee via email, instant messenger and phone.
* The invoice is sent to you on weekly interval. Payment needs to be made in advance for the current week and the 2 day free trial starts. You have 2 days to decide to keep the VA or not. Your bill is reduced proportionately if there are instances where the VA is absent or sick.
How can I avail the 2 day FREE TRIAL?
Once you send in the current week payment you will have 2 days to test the service. In any case you are not happy then we will refund the payment right away.
How can the employee work in my time zone?
This can be handled easily. We can choose an employee that will be as closest to matching your time zone so you don’t need to stay late at night or wake up very early.

Who will manage the people I hire?
You can choose to manage your employees or leave the work to one of our project managers or team leaders.

Currently we only accept payments via PayPal and Credit Cards using XOOM.
Can I more than one employee?
Yes, you can.
What happens if I don’t like the person I hire?
You should notify us and we’ll find you a replacement.
What happens if the person I hire leaves your organization?
We have a policy of 15 days notice period and in that time we will do all the knowledge transfer and provide a replacement. Moreover, the project manager at our end will ensure that your operations are not affected by such activities.

How can I see what the person I hire will actually do every day?
Your employee will send a daily report so you can know what he is doing every day.
What are my rights regarding Intellectual Property (for hiring writers)?
