Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina and the laws of the United States of America, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. All disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to and be subject to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the Circuit Court of the State of South Carolina for the County of Charleston. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts to adjudicate or determine any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

Client Non-Solicitation of FirstPage WebSearch Employees

Clients agree that for the duration of their Contract Agreement with FirstPage WebSearch and for a period of twelve (12)months immediately following the termination of their relationship with FirstPage WebSearch for any reason, whether with or without cause, they shall not either directly or indirectly solicit, induce, recruit or encourage any of the FirstPage WebSearch employees to leave their employment, or take away such employees, or attempt to solicit, induce, recruit, encourage or take away employees of Virtual Assistant Inc., either for themselves or for any other person or entity.
Waiver of Liability

As a user of this site, or services provided herein,you jointly and severally agree waive liability and hold harmless FirstPage WebSearch and their successors and assigns, from any claim, action,liability, loss, damage or suit arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site or from the following: human or machine error,delays, omissions, interruptions or loss of data.

Refund Policy

The company will offer full refund for non happy clients within 24 – 48 hours upon receiving of service. We will also offer replacements but if they are still unhappy with the replacements, we will send refund for the deposit payment.

This company is surprisingly young (the operations manager told me they started last April of 2009!) yet they never fail to deliver quality service at an affordable price! Now this is what I have been looking for! If you are still with those outsourcing companies that give you nothing but headaches and frustrations, then I’ll tell you this; STOP WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THEM.

I’d rather go with them than spend thousands of dollars! If the budget does not permit, then no problem! Their Part-Time Rate is only $150 per month, so I’m sure everyone can really afford their prices!
